Blue Ridge Curbing, LLC uses SMS and MMS messaging to send appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, project updates, account notifications, and, with your separate consent, promotional offers, service announcements, and seasonal content related to our decorative concrete curbing services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the phone number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation text. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Service Agreements

All client engagements require a signed service agreement or approved estimate that outlines the specific scope, installation details, timeline, and payment terms for your project. These Terms apply in addition to your signed agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon estimate approval to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept payment by credit card, ACH, check, or cash. Late payments may result in a pause of work until the account is current.

Intellectual Property

Blue Ridge Curbing, LLC retains the right to photograph completed installations and display them in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, mix formulas, and installation techniques.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to your property, mark sprinkler heads and utility lines, and keep children and pets away from freshly installed curbing. Delays caused by site access issues or unmarked utilities may extend project timelines. You are responsible for extending downspouts over the curb and maintaining proper drainage as advised by our crew.

Confidentiality

We treat your personal and property information as confidential. We will not share your information with anyone outside our team and approved contractors without your written permission, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Ridge Curbing, LLC's total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not liable for damage caused by vehicles, heavy equipment, tree roots, ground heaving, improper drainage, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

Warranty

Our curbing comes with a one-year workmanship warranty. Cracks wider than 1/4 inch on level ground due to operator error or inadequate compaction will be repaired under warranty. Spider cracks are a natural characteristic of concrete and are not covered. Damage caused by vehicles, heavy mowers, tree roots, ground heaving, or natural events is not covered.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice unless otherwise specified in your signed agreement. If you terminate after work has begun, you are responsible for payment of work completed through the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oconee County, South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
